Daphne Huston is the founder and director of Peak Real Estate Management. For more than 15 years, Daphne has executed in excess of $75 million in transactions, and acquired, managed, and repositioned commercial properties across Texas. She has experience working for both owner-managed companies as well as third- party management companies. As a result, she combines best-practices in professional building management with a financially astute perspective on value.

Daphne previously worked for DBH Management, Inc, where she assisted owners in forming companies and purchasing apartment complexes in Austin and Corpus Christi, Texas. While at DBH Management she oversaw the acquisition of eleven multifamily properties and one class A development.

In 2009, Daphne formed Peak Real Estate Management where she has combined her investment experience and philosophy with the creative talent required to renovate and reposition properties. Daphne also brings an extensive knowledge in property assessment and transaction due diligence. Believing a customer’s request is never too big, Daphne manages each of her client’s properties as if they were her own—always focused on value.

Daphne is an active member of the Houston Apartment Association. She received her Bachelor of Arts in economics from University of Texas at Austin.
